2021 Rose' of Syrah bottling in February!
Bone dry Rose (we call it Rosato) made from Syrah and Zinfandel, specifically harvest for rose, with higher acid and less sugar than "byproduct" style rose results in lower alcohol and that zippyness that makes rose a wonderful summertime treat. Like adult lemonade.
This vintage is our favorite so far, even besting the glorious 2005 version. Cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks with no oak or malolactic conversion allowed.

Where to buy?
The Tasting Room at Masset Winery is the place to buy- you get to taste the wines and make decisions- always something on special too. But, it's not always that easy.
